Your collected personal data is processed for the following purposes: i) receiving your request regarding the sale of Biogena One and contacting you, ii) providing information about Biogena ONE products, iii) providing product launch information and updates, iv) providing information about events, trainings, webinars and organizations held by the Longevity Network, v) providing information about promotions and opportunities tailored to you, vi) managing request and application processes, vii) carrying out communication activities, and viii) fulfilling legal obligations.
Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law on the legal bases that processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract and for legitimate interests; with respect to commercial electronic communications, processing is based on your explicit consent.
Transfer of Data
Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with the provisions of KVKK, to i) information technology service providers, ii) email and SMS service providers, and iii) authorized public institutions and organizations where required by legal obligations.
